About the pool

Location: 3 miles from Chester City Centre. Part of the hotels Sebastian Coe Health and Fitness Club.

Exclusivity: Puddle Ducks have use of a roped off area during hire times
Changing rooms: One Family changing room with. One changing room for females and another for males with direct access to pool. The male changing room is accessed by going down the stairs on the pool reception, and access to the pool is via 11 steps up.

Poolside Assistant: There is a Puddle Ducks poolside assistant
Pool Temp: 30 - 31^oC
Pool Dimensions: 9m x 14m
Depth: 0.9m graduating to 1.35m (Puddle Ducks use the shallow half of the pool)
Max Preschool Class Ratios: 8 children/adult pairs:1 teacher
Parking: Ample Parking within the Hotel Car Park and Leisure Club Car Park. When entering the hotel car park, follow the signs for the Health Club, which is situated behind the main hotel. .

Other: Sauna, Steam room and Jacuzzi strictly out of bounds.

About the teachers

Kerry Parr

Kerry loved her Puddle Ducks lessons with her two children so much, that she left behind a very demanding career in Human Resources, became a Puddle Ducks Franchisee and trained to be a teacher. Kerry is a very enthusiastic teacher and full of energy, and wants to ensure that you enjoy your Puddle Ducks lessons with your child as much as she does with her own

Catherine Charlish

Catherine has been hooked on Puddle Ducks since she started taking her son over 2 years ago. She promises her classes will be fun, whilst teaching your little one to swim in a safe environment. She is 100% committed to making yours and your little ones experience with Puddleducks one to look forward to each and every week

Ruth Joinson

Ruth wanted a change in career from working as a Youth Worker for 10 years and to focus on the younger age group after having her second child, bringing her to Puddle Ducks and loving the experience. She has much experience of working with children of all ages but is new to the world of swimming teaching. She will promise fun, enthusiasm and commitment to children and parents alike and will always promote enjoyment in the water.
