About the pool
Location: Belton Woods De Vere Hotel, Belton,
Nr Grantham Lincolnshire
Exclusivity: Puddle Ducks use a roped off area
during hire times, the remainder of the pool is open to leisure
members. The pool is 18m x 10m
Changing rooms: One changing room for females and
another for males each with direct access to pool.
Poolside Assistant: There is no Puddle Ducks
poolside assistant, there is a lifeguard on duty throughout.
Pool Temp: 30oC
Depth: 1m graduating to 1.8m
Max Preschool Class Ratios: 6 children/adult
pairs: 1 teacher
Parking: There is a large car park. The entrance
to the leisure center can be found in the left sde of the car
park.
Other: Non members must vacate the pool immediately after the class, members are free to use the other areas of the pool after the lesson.
About the teachers
Nicola Wilson
Nicola was a fully qualified swimming instructor when she joined us at Puddle Ducks. She says there is nothing like the buzz you get from a child enjoying the lessons and gaining confidence. She loves the water and really enjoys teaching and will work wonders with your babies and toddlers.
