Location: Shaw Hill Golf and Country Club, Whittle-le-woods, nr Chorley, PR6 7PP
Exclusivity: Puddle Ducks have roped off area during hire times
Changing rooms: One changing room for females and another for males with direct access to pool. Lockers available for clothes and reception will provide keys
Poolside Assistant: There is a Puddle Ducks poolside assistant
Pool Temp: 30-31C
Pool Dimensions: 7m by 4m

Max Preschool Class Ratios: 8 children/adult pairs:1 teacher
Parking: Parking is in the main car park and there is an overflow car park. There are some private spaces that must not be used which are for the golf members but these are clearly signed

Other: A register will be with reception for customers to notify that they are on the premises. When you leave check with reception what the barrier key is for the day. Pushchairs and car seats can be left in the reception area but should be kept to a minimum. (Look out for the Puddle Ducks A frame sign outside the door)

About the teachers

Vicky Walker

Vicky joined Puddle Ducks as a Mum with her son Harry 4 years ago, who is now in our swim academy and continued with her daughter Daisy who is in little dippers. Vicky loved her classes that much that she joined Puddle Ducks in an office role as she wanted  to spread the word and tell everyone about her experiences, after 12 months she decided that she wanted to become a teacher as-well. Before joining Puddle Ducks Vicky worked in a hotel, starting off as a receptionist working up to a sales manager role. Vicky has a true passion for teaching and has a calm, caring and friendly personality. Vicky always says “it’s the best job in the world”
