About the pool

Location: on the main road by Bournemouth International Airport, on the opposite side of the road to Adventure Wonderland

Exclusivity: Puddle Ducks have exclusive use of the pool during hire times

Changing rooms: One large unisex changing area with individual family sized cubicles.

Pool Temp: 30-32^oC

Pool Dimensions: 12m x 6m

Depth: 1.3m throughout

Max Preschool Class Ratios: 8 children/adult pairs:1 teacher

Parking: in the car park outside the pool building

About the teachers

Caroline Stanzel

After a varied career which included managing a racehorse breeding yard and working with children with special needs, Caroline joined Puddle Ducks as Poolside Assistant and was totally hooked! Combining her love of sport, water and working with children, training to be a Puddle Ducks teacher was a natural step. A mum herself, Caroline's endless energy means she always puts in extra effort to help achieve the best results and her bubbly, warm nature is guaranteed to bring even the most timid child out of their shell.

Anna Valentine

Anna runs her own dance school locally and finds teaching so rewarding that she jumped at the chance to become a Puddle Ducks teacher. Anna swam for a competitive club for years and also trained and competed in synchronised swimming – so she’s a bit of an expert! Anna has a lovely way with people and puts a lot of energy into ensuring she gets everything right – we’re sure you’ll love swimming with her!
