Proud to be a Puddle Duck! From Franchise owners, teachers, office teams, pool operators and of course our swimmers, we all have one thing in common…..we are PROUD to be a Puddle Duck. And we want to tell you exactly why!

James is Proud to be Puddle Ducks

It doesn’t matter if you are a biological parent, adoptive parent, foster parent, or any other type of parent, there is no denying the pride and love you feel for your child. Whether it’s something they have done or said or just the fact that they are your child it isn’t hard as a parent to feel overwhelmingly proud. Combine that with a love of the same interests be it a sport, hobby or family tradition and it can really be something to bring out a real sense of pride.

James has been swimming since he was 4 weeks old and has taken to it like a duck to water, pun totally intended.

Hobbies are skill-building activities that relax and inspire you from childhood into adult life, in fact, a good one is downright therapeutic for children and adults alike. Teacher Kayleigh from the Puddle Ducks Derbyshire franchise knows only too well how swimming can become a love to pass along to your children. Kayleigh said that ever since she was a little girl, swimming was always something that was part of her week, and then eventually, almost daily routine.

Puddle Ducks swimmers raise money for Friends of the baby unit !

Our charity fund-raiser pyjama Part week takes place from 7th-13th November, we will be sending out more information soon !

This November sees our annual Charity Pyjama Week where our local Puddle Ducks teams raise money for a cause local to them. We ask for a voluntary donation for those attending the lessons, you can get sponsored too !

“I am proud to work here!” is a powerful statement and one we are lucky to hear from our team members on a regular basis. At Puddle Ducks we strive to give employees an opportunity to show pride not only in their work but also where they work. When you hear our teachers, customer care team and poolside assistants say this is “The Best Job in the World” they really mean it from the bottom of their bare feet to the tops of their heads.
