Rebecca has been working with us here at Puddle Ducks West Yorkshire since July, she’s the friendly voice at the other end of the phone, sorting out your bookings, payments and catch ups and making Puddle Ducks fit around your busy lifestyle. We thought it would be nice to tell you all a little about Rebecca, so you can put a face to the name!

Previous Role – Purchasing Executive for Zenith Vehicle Contractors
Why did you choose to work for Puddle Ducks West Yorkshire – The role at Puddle Ducks fits perfectly around my family life, my son Freddie is now at school and the timings work perfectly for me. Freddie is also a big Puddle Ducks fan, he enjoys his Little Dippers classes and is really growing in confidence.
What do you like about working for Puddle Ducks West Yorkshire – I’m really enjoying working at the Puddle Ducks office, the new routine has given me a fantastic work life balance and I enjoy speaking to all the lovely customers and the rest of the team and ensuring everything is in place.
What are you looking forward to achieving at Puddle Ducks West Yorkshire – I am enjoying implementing a more streamlined booking and payment system, the customers are finding booking their own catch ups and looking at the options far more flexible than the previous system. I am enjoying helping the customers and giving a more proactive service.
What do you enjoy doing – In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family at the caravan, going to gigs and out for meals with friends and family. We’ve just got a new puppy, a border terrier called Max, he’s keeping us very busy and I’m enjoying lots of fresh air taking him out on walks.
