Aquanatal (Mums-to-be)
Aquanatal classes (for Mums-to-be) offer a holistic approach to
mental and physical well-being. Combining relaxation with cardiovascular exercise, these clases provide the perfect physical preparation for labour in the soothing and cool comforts of water.
We currently offer the following Aquanatal classes:
- Chester Franchise: Mercure Hotel Chester East, Christleton, Chester. Tuesday evenings between 7,45pm and 8,30pm. Cost is £45 for the rolling 6 week course
- Worcestershire Franchise: New College Worcester, Sunday afternoons from 2pm until 2.30pm. Next 6 week course starts on 8/1/2012 and is £30 for the six week class
- South Leicestershire Franchise: Roundhill Community College, Thurmaston from 7pm – 7.45pm Wednesday Evenings and is £36 for the six week course
- South Lancashire Franchise: The Escape Zone, Leigh Thursday evenings between 7.45 and 8.30pm. Costs £45 for the rolling 6 week course
