Aquanatal (Mums-to-be)
Aquanatal classes (for Mums-to-be) offer a holistic approach to
mental and physical well-being. Combining relaxation with cardiovascular exercise, these clases provide the perfect physical preparation for labour in the soothing and cool comforts of water.
We currently offer the following Aquanatal classes:
- Chester Franchise: Mercure Hotel Chester East, Christleton, Chester. Tuesday evenings between 7,45pm and 8,30pm. Cost is £45 for the rolling 6 week course
- Worcestershire Franchise: New College Worcester, Sunday afternoons from 2pm until 2.30pm. Cost is £30 for the six week course.
Also classes starting at Stratford-upon-Avon on Saturday 21st April to May19th. (£25 for the course) and for four weeks from 16th June until 14th July (£20 for the course). Classes start at 4.45pm for 30 minutes - South Leicestershire Franchise: Roundhill Community College, Thurmaston from 7pm – 7.45pm Wednesday Evenings and is £36 for the 6 week course
- South Lancashire Franchise: The Escape Zone, Leigh Thursday evenings between 7.45 and 8.30pm. Costs £45 for the rolling 6 week course
- Mid Cheshire Franchise: The Manor House Hotel, Alsager, Sunday evenings between 8pm and 8.45pm. Costs £45 for the rolling 6 week course
