Securing a space in your chosen class is now even easier! When you join us your initial payment will be for 10 lessons based on the current class fee. Lessons are paid for in advance.
To continue to secure your child's space in your chosen class your subsequent payments will be on the 5th of the month (the first of which will be taken on the second payment date occurring after your initial payment. The date/month will be advised by your local office and will be a maximum of 4 times your current class fee.
Your monthly payment amount will be based on your current class fee reduced by any credits that are on your account e.g. cancelled lesson credits. All your payment information will be visible on your ‘My Puddle Ducks’ online account ‘Payments’ page.
By joining Puddle Ducks and making your first payment, you are authorising Puddle Ducks to take automatic payments (“Continuous Payment Authority”) on the next payment due dates until such a time as you give us 30 days written notice to cancel this authorisation.
Our system will take a payment off your authorised card on the 5th of the momth automatically, until you tell us otherwise, so all you need to do is remember your swim bag!
