Exclusivity: Puddle Ducks have exclusive use of the pool during hire times. Customers can bring along a guest to watch the lesson but we respectfully request that customers only bring one per family
Changing Rooms: Changing facilities are available at the school and there are showers available in the changing rooms.
Essential Information:
- A well-fitting neoprene swim nappy must be worn with a disposable swim nappy or one of our environmentally friendly NappyWraps & Liners underneath if your child is in Floaties, Splashers or Kickers and in other programmes if they are not yet fully potty/toilet trained.

Poolside Assistant: There is no Puddle Ducks poolside assistant.
Pool temperature: 34˚c
Depth and pool size: 1.2m depth and 12m x 5m pool size
Max pre-school Class Ratio: 10 children/adult pairs to teacher
Parking: Free parking is available. Please use the car park in front of the hydro pool.
Mobile phones in changing rooms
Please remember that whilst it is fine to have your phones with you and to take photos in Splash Time (if you are careful not to include other children/parents from the class unless you have their permission), please do not use your phones in the changing rooms.
