Congratulations to Susan who has won our star teacher award!
Susan was nominated by lots of her customers but it was this one from Bonnie's Dad, Anthony which was chosen as the winning one:
"Our nomination is for Susan at Cramlington, since joining puddleducks she has been absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked into the venue Susan was really supportive especially as I was a little apprehensive at first and unsure how Bonnie would respond to being in the pool but now she can’t wait to see Susan and get in the water. I have no doubt this is down to the enthusiasm and encouragement of Susan. We began swimming in the midst of the pandemic so Susan was unable to be in the water with us but through her carefully explained instructions and guidance she made everything easy. Both Bonnie and I look forward to swimming every week and that’s all thanks to the brilliant work Susan does! Thank you Susan!"
