Office Team Leader Vacancy – Fixed term
Part time, family friendly role
We are looking for an experienced customer service and administration professional to join our busy office team in Ponteland.
Customer Care is foremost in this role, we strive to ensure that our customers feel welcome and looked after during every step of their Puddle Ducks journey. You will be speaking to new and existing customers on the phone, answering a wide variety of written enquiries, using social media and supporting a small team of Customer Service Executives. In addition to this there are associated administration tasks to be carried out to assist the management team in the smooth running of the business.
The role is fixed term and is for seven months starting in October.
We are looking for someone to work part time, 26 hours a week, between a Thursday and a Monday.
