Parking and Directions to the pool: Park in the hotel car park round the back of the hotel and you will receive free parking whilst using the hotel facilities. You MUST enter your car registration on the keypad at the Health Club reception or main hotel Reception to show you are a legitimate car park user or you may be charged for parking! If there is no one on either Reception to assist you you will need to use to pin no 4569 when entering your car registration
From the car park enter into the hotel through the rear entrance and proceed to main Reception area and either take the lift or stairs to the 1st floor following signs to Move Health Club. Turn left out of the lift and walk down the corridor until the end of the carpeted area, just before the set of double doors turn left and enter into the Move Health club As the changing rooms are small please ensure you use a locker to store your belongings to ensure there is room for everyone to change and please bring a padlock to use the lockers.
Please enter the changing rooms no more than 10 minutes before your class and please vacate changing rooms a maximum of 15 minutes after your class has finished to allow for cleaning and the next class to get changed.
Once changed please proceed down the stairs to the pool hall and wait to the left where your teacher will be waiting and will direct you once your class is ready to start.
Essential Information:
- Unless traveling by public transport please do not bring prams and pushchairs into the hotel as there is insufficient room for them in the changing rooms and there are stairs into the health club. if unavoidable they can be left at the top of the stairs just before leisure club reception. Car seats can be taken into the changing room.
- A well-fitting (tight) neoprene swim nappy or costume – available to purchase from the Puddle Ducks shop, must be worn with a disposable swim nappy or one of our environmentally friendly Nappy Wraps & Liners underneath until the child is dry. Exclusivity: Puddle Ducks have exclusive use of a large roped off area of the pool during hire times
Changing Rooms: 1 Female changing room and 1 Male changing room with small unisex/disabled changing room on poolside. Padlock required for lockers.
