Our Aquanatal lessons are fantastic for mummies-to-be. They offer a lovely combination of gentle exercise, muscle strengthening and relaxation. They also provide a great atmosphere to meet other mums-to-be and a wonderful introduction to the Puddle Ducks journey!

Our Baby and Pre School Programme (age 0-4 years) provide huge benefits for both parent and child with activities perfectly tailored to suit your child's age and confidence, our lessons are full of songs, rhymes, games and activities working towards your little one swimming independently, safely and happily, both above and under the water. That’s the Puddle Ducks’ difference.

We offer Swim Academy programmes for Primary School aged children (age 4-10 years) so we'll be with you through the whole journey from baby to independent swimmer and who knows, maybe a future Olympic champion! Whether your child is coming from a toddler swimming class, or has never been in the water before, all our activities are individually tailored so that your child gets the attention he or she needs.

Our office hours are: Monday to Wednesday, 10.00am to 2.00pm - Thursday and Friday 9.30am to 1.00pm - so please give our team a call if you need any help.

What Our Customers Think

"It's so lovely seeing Niamh learning new skills and growing in confidence each week, she splashes and kicks and has just learnt to jump into the pool all by herself! I wanted Niamh to learn how to be confident and safe in the water and Puddle Ducks is certainly equipping her with all the skills she needs. Plus it's loads of fun!" Emma
