Location: Warley Road Academy, Warley Road, Halifax, HX1 3TG Warley Road Academy
Parking: There is free street parking around the school.
Essential information:
- Enter the school building through the gate at the right hand side of the building and follow the path down to the end of the school which will lead you to the pool building
- You will need an access code for the swimming pool entrance, (there is a keypad to the right of the door), please contact the office if you require this
- You will be asked to shower before entering the pool – there is a shower poolside
- All Swim Academy Children must wear swim hats in the pool. You can find these plus our range of goggles and other Swim Accessories here

Changing rooms: There are two changing rooms with direct access to poolside.
Exclusivity: Puddle Ducks have a exclusive use of the pool during our hire.
Access: Spectators can sit poolside to watch classes.
Technical information:
- Pool temperature: 30-31°C. For babies and children under 2 years old a Baby or Mini Wetsuit or Thermal Top may be needed. These can be purchased from our online shop
- Depth: 0.9m graduating to 1.4m
- Maximum class ratios:
- Level 1 & 2 - 8 children: 2 teachers
