Our Baby & Pre-school programme teaches babies and children to be happy and safe in the water. It's a wonderful bonding experience for you and your little one. Taught in lovely warm pools with a maximum of ten children, our classes incorporate rhyme, music and movement based on extensive child development research. Our progressive lessons mean many of our little Puddle Ducks can swim 10m before they start school!
Our Aquanatal classes are the perfect balance of relaxation, laughter and exercise and a wonderful way to unwind and stay healthy during your pregnancy, our expertly designed Aquanatal classes are a fabulous activity for mummies-to-be. We take a holistic approach to an expectant mums’ physical and mental well-being, combining relaxation with cardiovascular exercises to help prepare the body for birth. It's also a great way to meet other mums-to-be from your area.

- Baby & Pre-school classes are suitable for babies and children from birth up to 4 years and there are various programme levels in which the trial could take place depending on the child’s age – your local franchise will advise on which level is suitable
- If an Aquanatal class isn't available in your area, you will be offered a free trial in a Puddle Ducks Baby & Pre-school class to take once your baby is born.
