Winner: WorkBuzz Continuous Improvement Award for improving our Franchisee Satisfaction score three years running - we are now at 92%!

Winner: 5* Franchisee Satisfaction 2019 - 7th year running and one of only two UK Franchisors to achieve this!

 

Winner: EWIF Overall Woman in Franchising Award.  We were thrilled and honoured that Jo and Tracy were names Overall Women in Franchising in 2019 - our Technical Director, Ali, didn't have far to pass the baton, having won the award in 2018!

Winner: EWIF Woman Franchisor of the Year Award.  This is the sixth time in seven years that we have been finalists and our second win for this award which recognises the work we do to encourage women to make the step into franchising and run their own successful businesses.

Finalist: EWIF Inspirational Woman in Franchising Award.  Our Co-Founder Jo Stone is a finalist in this prestigious award, having been unknowingly nominated by our other Co-Founder Tracy Townend!

The 5* Franchisee Satisfaction award is given to franchisors who received above average feedback across all five areas measured. This is the sixth year running that we have won this award, which is unprecedented!

 

Winner: EWIF Woman Franchise Employee of the Year Award and Overall Woman of the Year Award.  Our wonderful Technical Director Ali Beckman walked away from the 2018 EWIF Awards with 2 prizes; one for the best employee, and one overall award, which is a category that all of the other winners are placed into.

The 5* Franchisee Satisfaction award is given to franchisors who received above average feedback across all five areas measured. This is the fifth year running that we have won this award.

 

Finalist: bfa Franchisor of the Year Brand Innovation Award. The Brand Innovation award is for demonstrating ongoing commitment to identify opportunities for evolution which enable the franchisees to continually develop their businesses and operate to maximum efficiency.

Winner: bfa Franchisee Innovation Award. Gary & Suzanne Horton of Puddle Ducks Greater Manchester won this award for the fantastic work they did converting an old pub into their pool Aqua Nurture.

 

Elite Franchise Magazine's Top 100 Franchises 2018. The Elite Franchise 100 recognises the sector’s brightest businesses and ranks them according to a broad range of criteria from their financial performance and heritage in the industry to their contribution to the community and the way they embrace innovation.

STA World Partner:  We are proud to be recognised as a World Partner of the STA, the world’s largest independent swimming teaching and lifesaving organisation.  Today with more than 8,000 members, the STA (a registered charity) has the vital objective of “The preservation of human life by the teaching of swimming, lifesaving and survival techniques.”

Winner: bfa Female Franchisee of the Year.  Carolyn Sharpe of Puddle Ducks North East won the British Franchise Association Female Franchisee of the Year award in recognition of the huge success of her Puddle Ducks franchise.
