Three times a year we teach a special lesson plan. Our children (and adults who are in the water) wear their pyjamas to replicate how it would feel to be in the water in your clothes - the most likely scenario if you fell in.

Our Charity Pyjama Week swimmers managed to raise a fantastic £41,102.22, with the money still coming in!

Charity Pyjama Week aims to beat £50k.
Three times a year we hold a Pyjama Week, where our swimmers attend lessons in their pyjamas and learn vital lifesaving and personal survival skills, and in our autumn Pyjama Week (16th - 22nd October this year), our swimmers raise money for charity.

Leading adoption support service, The Centre for Adoption Support has teamed up with national swimming school Puddle Ducks to help train all their teachers the importance of attachment for children who have been in care.
