A 2015 survey conducted by the bfa and Natwest found that only 23% of franchisees in the UK are women. Encouraging Women Into Franchising (EWIF) offer support to women who are looking to get into franchising and Puddle Ducks are very proud to be members. We have been finalists for EWIF's Woman Franchisor of the Year all of the six years we have entered, we have won that accolade three times and in 2018 & 2019, Ali Beckman and Jo Stone respectively were crowned Overall Women in Franchising. We continue to be involved in all the work that they do.
