Essential Pool Information
What to wear
Baby & Pre-school: A well-fitting neoprene swim nappy must be worn with a disposable swim nappy or one of our environmentally friendly NappyWraps & Liners underneath if your child is in Floaties, Splashers or Kickers and in other programmes if they are not yet fully potty/toilet trained.
Why not buy one of our great value Starter Packs which contain everything you need for your swim lesson? All items can be found in our shop.
Changing Rooms
There are male and female changing rooms, both are very spacious with benches and lockers. Lockers are secured via key which you can obtain from reception on your way in.
Some baby change facilities are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
If you do use those provided, may we ask that you give them a quick wipe/dry after use to make sure they are clean and ready for the next customer, thank you.
Please take ALL nappies home with you
Please supervise your child at all times
Additional Pool Information
Spectators are welcome and there are areas for them to stand or sit, however, we ask that you contact us before inviting anyone so we can manage the number of spectators and avoid disappointment on the day.
If wheelchair or reduced mobility access is required, please speak with us prior to your visit and we will arrange for the venue to be prepared for your arrival.
Otherwise, speak with reception on arrival.
Photography is only permitted during Splashtime and only if you do not include any other swimmers in your photographs/videos. Photography is not permitted in the changing rooms. Photography is permitted in the reception area but again please do not include other persons in your photographs without their permission.
