Do you love your Puddle Ducks teacher? Do they always make you smile? Maybe you have been overwhelmed by the special support given to your teacher?
Do they go out of their way to make your experience extra special?
Have they supported you through a tough time in the water?
If you can answer YES to any of these questions, then please nominate your chosen team member to be our ‘Puddle Ducks Star Teacher – Spring/Summer 2023’.

All you have to do is simply fill in your details and nominations below, and give as much detail as you can!
Our 'Star Teacher' will be chosen by an independent judge who will read all of the nominations and choose their favourite. Our winning teacher will then be shortlisted for the national 'Star Teacher' award.
