Baby & Pre-School swimming lessons available
All you need to know about Tides Leisure Centre: A Deal based swimming pool from which we run our Baby & Pre-School lessons. Midweek classes here are suitable for babies from birth and toddlers. Our expert swimming Teachers tailor the lessons to progress every individual at their own pace. Parking & Directions: There is pay and display parking at Tides Leisure Centre. Customers must pay and display within the leisure centre grounds or risk a fine.

Essential Information
- A well-fitting neoprene swim nappy must be worn with a disposable swim nappy or one of our environmentally friendly NappyWraps & Liners underneath if your child is in Floaties, Splashers or Kickers and in other programmes if they are not yet fully potty/toilet trained. - All nappies and swim nappies must be taken home and not left at the pool. Nappy bags are provided by your Puddle Ducks Teacher, if needed.

Technical Information
- Pool Temp: 29°C - 31°C. Younger babies / toddlers may benefit from using a body-warmer when swimming here.
- Max Pre-School Class Ratios: 10 children/adult pairs: 1 teacher.
Pool accessibility: The Swimming Pool has a beach area for easy access to the pool for customers with a disability and of whom may find it difficult climbing into a conventional tank pool. A chair designed to assist persons into the pool is also available. Ramp Access exists internally and externally and the front entrance is installed with automatic doors. Disabled Changing facilities are available in the Wetside and Dryside Changing Villages.
Spectators: There is space poolside for one family member or friend to watch these classes.
Changing Rooms: There are lots of individual changing cubicles as well as lockers.
Exclusivity: Puddle Ducks have exclusive use of the pool during hire times.
Mobile Phones: Please remember that whilst it is fine to have your phones with you to take photos in Splash Time (as long as there are no other customers in the background), please do not use your phones in the changing rooms.
