Please make sure your child has been to the toilet before their class begins, as children won’t be able to leave the pool during the lesson. For safeguarding reasons, young children must not go into the changing rooms on their own. 

Arriving at the Pool: 
When you arrive, please walk through the changing rooms and come onto the poolside. Blue over-shoes are available or please remove your shoes and socks. The teachers will call the children over once it’s time for their lesson to start. For club/member reasons, children are not allowed in the pool before or after their class time. 

During the Lesson: 
Once the teachers have taken your child for their lesson, we kindly ask that you leave the poolside and wait either in the changing rooms or in the hotel reception area. This helps to keep the poolside calm and focused for the children and adhere to the no spectator policy the club has in place. 

After the Lesson:
Please return to the poolside at the end of the class to collect your child. Teachers will only allow children to leave the pool once they can see that their responsible adult is present.
