Essential Pool Information
What to wear
Children and adults must remove loose fitting or sharp jewellery before swimming. Hoop earrings are not permitted.
Baby & Pre-school: A well-fitting neoprene swim nappy must be worn with a disposable swim nappy or one of our environmentally friendly NappyWraps & Liners underneath if your child is in Floaties, Splashers or Kickers and in other programmes if they are not yet fully potty/toilet trained.

Changing Rooms
Changing rooms will be available after class only and not beforehand. They are small and this will maximise the space available, therefore please ensure you arrive as ‘swim ready’ as possible i.e. with your swimming costume/trunks on underneath your clothes as you change poolside. Consider bringing a roll up changing mat if you are swimming with a baby as there are no baby change facilities here. There are separate male/female changing rooms available for after class only.
Additional Pool Information
Maximum of 2 spectators per family allowed (babies and toddlers are included in this number). In order to keep disruption to a minimum, please ensure any siblings poolside are as quiet as possible and seated. Please do not be offended if our poolside team ask you to remain in the lobby, if siblings are distracting our other customers.
Arrival Time:
Please arrive no earlier than 10minutes before your lesson time.
Entering the building:

The pool building can be found to the left of the school. Our A-frame will be outside. Follow the path past the frame and into the building.

Shoes and all outer clothes will be removed in the lobby area and please bring one bag to put everything in as this will be left poolside during the class.
Before the Lesson:
When you are changed, please wait in the lobby area until our Poolside Assistant comes to greet you and they will take you poolside. Please wait poolside until the teacher calls you over to the pool. All children and adults are required to enter and exit the water as a group. You are not allowed in the pool before or after the class time.
After the class:
Please collect all your belongings, head to the changing rooms, and once changed, please head through the lobby and back into the car park.
Photography is allowed in 'splash time' only, at the end of the lesson and at teachers discretion. No videos allowed.
No food & drink allowed on site at any time. The school have a very strict policy on no food to be consumed in the school buildings. This is to ensure that the school children, some of whom have severe allergies, do not come in to contact with any crumbs.
