Local mum, Laura Porter, who runs Great Vibes wellbeing and meditation has launched online sessions for mums-to-be that provide a safe space to chat, connect and learn some new activities that support both physical and mental wellbeing.
Each session will have a different topic for discussion and provide an activity to enhance the wellbeing of mums to be such as meditation, mindfulness or journalling and ideas for activities to enjoy with the whole family.
The new sessions will run weekly and the investment in your wellbeing is just £10 for the 60 minute session.
