We wanted to say a HUGE congratulations to our lovely teacher Kirsty Smith who has won our Teacher of The Term for Autumn 2016. Thank you to all our mums and dads who took the time to vote - we received the most nominations we've ever received for this term's competition. It was fantastic to read through all the comments - its so lovely to hear what a positive impact our teachers are having on so many of your little ones swimming journey. Kirsty has only been with us a short time having just recently qualified as a Puddle Ducks teacher which makes this feedback even more special.
We would like to say a huge thank you to Anna from AnaBanana Music who was the judge for our Teacher of the Term competition. It's fair to say that she had a particularly tough job on her hands this term! These were her reasons for choosing Kirsty as a winner.
"I have chosen Lola's teacher Kirsty because it is really apparent from what Lola's mum has written that she is not only a great swimming teacher but is also very skilled at dealing with very small children who may be having a crisis of confidence. The fact that she turned Lola's experience of swimming lessons from a negative to a positive one in a short space of time is not (I imagine) an easy thing to do. She obviously pays a great deal of attention to the needs of the little ones in her care"
