Exclusivity: Puddle Ducks have exclusive use of the pool during hire times. Customers can bring along a guest to watch the lesson but we respectfully request that customers only bring one per family. From May 24th we will be moving to the brand new, purpose built hydro pool on site with larger changing facilities and showers
Changing Rooms: Changing rooms are available for female and male.
Essential Information:
- A well-fitting neoprene swim nappy must be worn with a disposable swim nappy or one of our environmentally friendly NappyWraps & Liners underneath if your child is in Floaties, Splashers or Kickers and in other programmes if they are not yet fully potty/toilet trained.

Poolside Assistant: There is no Puddle Ducks poolside assistant.
Pool temperature: 32˚c
Depth and pool size: 1.2m depth and 3m x 5m pool size
Max pre-school Class Ratio: 5 children/adult pairs:1 teacher (Floaties, Splashers, Kickers, & Little Dippers)
Parking: Please use the spaces outside the pool house being careful to park facing the wall
Mobile phones in changing rooms
Please remember that whilst it is fine to have your phones with you and to take photos in Splash Time (if you are careful not to include other children/parents from the class unless you have their permission), please do not use your phones in the changing rooms.
