Essential Information:
• A well-fitting neoprene swim nappy must be worn with a disposable swim nappy or one of our environmentally friendly NappyWraps & Liners underneath if your child is in Floaties, Splashers or Kickers and in other programmes if they are not yet fully potty/toilet trained. Poolside Assistant: There is no Puddle ducks poolside assistant.
Pool temperature: 30-31 degrees
Depth: 1.0m (in roped off area)
Max pre-school Class Ratio: 10 children/adult pairs to teacher
Mobile phones in changing rooms
Please remember that whilst it is fine to have your phones with you and to take photos in Splash Time (if you are careful not to include other children/parents from the class unless you have their permission), please do not use your phones in the changing rooms.
Parking: There is free parking outside the hotel to the front on the car park. If full there are lots more parking spaces on the street next to the hotel.
Other: Look out for our A-Frame sign outside the door to the left of the hotel entrance. Once you have parked please go down the steps to the side of the front entrance signposted 'Leisure Club'
After showering, please enter poolside where the teacher will perform safe entry. (We hire half of the pool where the steps are)
