This role involves regular phone communication with both existing and potential customers. Tell us about your experience handling phone-based interactions, and what qualities or skills you have that help you communicate effectively and build rapport.

Although our classes are not always running, the office is open year round. This is a part-time office-based role. In addition to the contracted hours there may be an extra requirement for occasional holiday cover or weekend work.
