We can’t wait to welcome you to Puddle Ducks at The Village Hotel – in the meantime, here’s some information that we hope you find useful. Have a splashtastic time!
Location: The Village Hotel 
Parking: Plenty of free parking, however, parking spaces may be limited at peak times so please ensure you arrive in plenty of time.
Essential information:
- Please enter the hotel through the main entrance and go directly to Leisure reception which is down the stairs on the right. There is a lift if this is required.
- There are no buggies or prams to be brought into the venue but car seats can be taken into the changing rooms. The changing rooms have lockers for your possessions, please provide your own padlock.
- On arrival there will be a register at reception, please mark you little one as attending; kindly note there is only one parent per child permitted in the changing area at the request of the venue. Spectators are welcome but must use the viewing area located upstairs opposite the Starbucks café.
- Please do not come onto poolside any sooner than 5 minutes before your class to avoid congestion on the poolside
- Please do not enter the pool unless told to do so by your teacher. We only have access to the sectioned area of the pool, the rest of the pool is for member’s only
- You will be asked to shower before entering the pool – there is a shower on poolside along with the ones in the changing rooms.
- Strictly no eating or smoking on the premises
- A well-fitting neoprene swim nappy must be worn with a disposable swim nappy or one of our environmentally friendly NappyWraps & Liners underneath if your child is in Floaties, Splashers or Kickers and in other programmes if they are not potty/toilet trained.

Changing rooms: There are two large changing rooms with showers for males and females, along with a smaller family changing room. All have direct access to the pool.
Exclusivity: Puddle Ducks use a roped off area, members have use of the rest of the pool.
Spectators: No Spectators are permitted on poolside, there are however large viewing windows overlooking the pool on ground level upstairs just off the main entrance and opposite the Starbucks coffee shop where spectators can view our lessons
