Mid Cheshire is delighted to announce that they will be starting Aquanatal classes at two of their Mid Cheshire Pools - Barons Quay and Everlast Macclesfield.
Aquanatal classes are a fabulous activity for Mummies-to-Be. The programmes are expertly designed to take a holistic approach to a expectant Mum's physical and mental well-being, combining relaxation with cardiovascular exercises to help prepare the body for birth.
Attending the classes means once your baby arrives , they will find the sounds of the pool familiar and will be relaxed when they go swimming!
Our teachers pass antenatal swimming training that is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives Trust, STA Aquacise training and Puddle Ducks own extensive Aquanatal training meaning you are in the safest possible hands to work out and relax.
