If you are unsure which session your child needs, then please see below the guidance for each level.

Level 1: Our 'beginners' level, Level 1 is often the first time that children enter the pool without their parent and our whole focus is on water confidence, basic water safety and the foundation skills for independent swimming.

Level 2: Children who have achieved their 5 metre badge and working towards their 10 metres. Children who are confident jumping in the water independently and can turn and swim back to the side on their own. Children who are always happy with their face in the water and who are also happy to float / swim 5 metres on their back. We look forward to welcoming you to Level 2!
