We are looking for an experienced customer service and administration professional to join our busy office team in Ponteland.

Customer Care is foremost in this role, we strive to ensure that our customers feel welcome and looked after during every step of their Puddle Ducks journey. You will be speaking to new and existing customers on the phone and answering a wide variety of written enquiries and using social media, within a small team of Customer Service Executives. In addition to this there are associated administration tasks to be carried out to assist the management team in the smooth running of the business.
We are looking for someone to work part time, 8 hours per week, on a rolling two week rotation as detailed below:
Week 1 - Thursday 10am to 2pm and Friday 10am to 2pm
Week 2 - Friday 10am to 2pm and Saturday 8am to 12pm
