Goodbye and Hello...

We are sad to be saying goodbye to Karen and Messy Monkeys. Karen is moving on to other things and we wish her all the best for her future.

We are very pleased to welcoming Emily Miller from Art Venturers who provides colourful, creative Messy Play around the Newcastle area for children between 18months to 6 years. You can book a course of classes, or just pay for a single class if you want to try it first.

More Hellos...

We have two more new practitioners to welcome!

Ruth Olayinka is a clinical hypnotherapist with a special interest in resolving birth trauma and offers workshops in this area. She also offers hypnobirthing sessions to pregnant couples, as well as a group class of Relaxation with a Hypnobirthing focus ideal for women who want to refresh their knowledge or don't want to do a full hypnobirthing course.

Vicki Bradley runs KeepFitMammy where she offers personal training to pregnant and postnatal women. Often gyms or personal trainers do not feel qualified to work with pregnant women, and their training packages do not take into account the specialist knowledge required to support a woman after labour. Vicki can offer you tailor-made programmes, which include bringing your baby if you are postnatal, and you can train with a friend too if that helps with motivation!

Congratulations...

We would like to say a huge congratulations to Josie our Pilates instructor and her family on the birth of her fourth baby and third son Arin. We send Josie and her family our love.
