We are delighted to announce that our Franchisee, Lizzie Moore, has been recognised by Puddle Ducks Head Office nationally for the growth of the business, since she took over in September 2023.
The award was selected by Vicki Calder, Franchise Manager at Puddle Ducks, who had this to say:
"This franchisee has grown customer numbers by a huge 133% since taking on the franchise less than 2 years ago.
She has really focused all the team on customer retention increasing this from circa 20% to just over 50% recently.
New pool time was initially hard to come by, and she had a few setbacks but persevered and is now in a new pool, she thought she would never get in. She launched Swim Academy in the territory for the first time, and it now constitutes just under 21% of her customer base and is focused on increasing this.
She has grown her team and given more communication and responsibility to existing team members, all contributing towards the success of her franchise."
Lizzie said "I'm so proud to have been awarded this but I really couldn't have done any of it without our fantastic team of teachers, or Kirsten, in the office. Our wonderful customers have been so supportive and we've built some great partnerships with our swimming pools too. I'm really excited for the future."
We are so proud of her in the team and can't wait to keep working together to grow the business further, and offer even more children the vital skill of swimming whilst having great fun in the water!
