Welcome to our Telford Hotel, Golf & Spa pool venue!
We teach our Swim Academy swimming classes here in this Shropshire based venue for children age 4+.
Puddle Ducks have use of a large roped off area in this stunning hotel pool during lesson times. Our expert swimming teachers tailor the lessons to progress every individual at their own pace as we want all of our children to love the water and learn to swim beautifully in a fun, relaxed environment.

Parking & Directions: Plentiful parking available at the hotel. The swimming pool is located in the leisure centre which is to the left of the hotel reception.
Essential Information:
- Please do not come to the pool any sooner than 10 minutes before your class to avoid congestion on the poolside and in the changing rooms
- Please sign in with the Health club reception desk on arrival
- IMPORTANT - Look out for and read the Puddle Ducks signs and notices
- Please do not enter the pool unless told to do so by your teacher
- Strictly no eating or smoking on the premises

Changing Rooms:
- Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the start of your classes to allow for change-over in the changing rooms
- Please use the family changing rooms where possible
- Please remind children to use the toilet prior to lessons if applicable.
- No food is to be eaten in the changing rooms
- Please bring a towel poolside for your child at the end of their lesson
- Please supervise your child at all times

Exclusivity: Puddle Ducks has a lane during hire times (the remainder of the pool is used by members only).
Spectators: Only 2 spectators in total per class are allowed poolside each week, parents/carers will be required to alternate their viewing weeks with other parents/carers from the group. Parents/carers not spectating that week can wait in the Gorge Bar. Parents/carers must stay onsite though in case of emergency.
Mobile phone: Mobile phone use poolside or in the changing rooms is not permitted.
