  • We are looking for bubbly, enthusiastic and hard working individuals to join our wonderful team teaching our 0-4 years Baby and Pre School Programme. 

    We offer highly competitive rates of pay and excellent career progression. No previous teaching or professional swimming experience is required as full training is provided. We are here to support you with your training at every step along the way. You need to enjoy being in the water and able to swim, have a confident and friendly personality, be flexible and a team worker.
    No experience necessary as you will be fully trained, but you will need to be ready to take the STA Baby and Pre-School qualification along with the STA Safety Award for Teachers before you join the business.
    If you are friendly, professional, reliable and keen to learn this job could be for you. This is a part-time role and you will need to be prepared to work weekends.

  • We’re seeking an enthusiastic person to join our fantastic team in both Nottingham and Leicester teaching our popular Swim Academy classes for school aged children, aged 4 – 10 years. A passion for water, swimming and working with children is a must-have.

    Ideally you will be ASA or STA Level 2 qualified (but not essential at application stage) with a positive can-do attitude, reliability, willingness to undergo further training and a flexible approach to working.

    This is a part-time role and you will need to be prepared to work weekends and after school sessions.

  • We are recruiting for Poolside Assistant to join the team at our new pool in Mansfield.   
    This is a part-time role and you will need to be prepared to work mid week, weekends and after school sessions.
    Are you looking for a fun and rewarding role working with children and their parents?
    Primarily a customer service role, our poolside assistants are the face of Puddle Ducks as you will be the first person our swimmers see as they arrive at the pool!
    Having Poolside Assistants at many of our pools is one of the things that makes Puddle Ducks different. Main responsibilities include:
    • Meeting and greeting customers, ensuring everyone has what they need for the class.
    • Ensuring the pool area is clean, tidy and safe for customers.
    • Assisting with any customer queries.
    • Taking the register, sorting the equipment and clearing away following the class.
    • Providing assistance to the teacher, including in an emergency.

  • We are recruiting for a part time Customer Service & Marketing Assistant to join our friendly, supportive team at our office in Keyworth!

    This new role will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service to our customers whilst supporting marketng initiatives across our local network. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an exciting organisation and still have time with your family.

    Main responsibilities: 

    • Make confident phone calls (both inbound and outbound) with our customers
    • Respond to customer emails and enquiries
    • Process customer payments securely and accurately
    • Provide general admin support, including data entry and scheduling
    • Assist with social media management, including content creation and scheduling.
    • Support our ongoing customer retention marketing activities

    Key skills required:

    • Previous customer service or administrative experience
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
    • Can happily multi task with a positive, “can-do” approach
    • Have a basic understanding of marketing (a bonus, but not essential!)
    • A friendly, approachable individual with a solution focussed attitude
