Our customers have been busy sending in their nominations for Teacher of the Term - Spring 2018. Our guest judge, Clare from Flower Yoga, kindly read the entries and chose the winning nomination.
This is her reason for choosing the winner:
"The teacher is clearly knowledgeable, passionate teacher who creates a fun, relaxed and safe environment for the families. She know the children well enough to notice when a child is struggling or is too tired to participate in the class.
The teacher ensures that she has a good relationship with both the children and their parents - the families look forward to their swimming activities and the parents show a good deal of loyalty to her, describing her as a true asset to the Puddle Ducks Team."
We are pleased to announce that the winner is Jade, our Baby and Pre-School Teacher.
Here is the winning nomination:
"Jade clearly loves her job and is so good with all the kids and parents. She can spot when one is struggling or too tired for certain activities.
Holly and I look forward to our Wednesday swim. We have a 50 mile round trip and had thought about getting a class closer but can’t bear to leave Jades lesson as we have so much fun and we both feel safe and at ease.
She really is a wonderful person and a true asset to the puddle duck team.
