It is that time of the term where our lovely customers send in their nominations for their favourite teacher and we have had lots of lovely emails.
Unfortunately, there can only be one winner and our lovely friend, Vicky at Vicky Lewis People Photographer, kindly chose the winning nomination.
And the winner is...…..Jade!
This is the reason why:
"This is the nomination I would choose as it shows this teacher goes way beyond the requirements of a swimming instructor and that they genuinely care about the children's development and the parents enjoyment of the lesson. They clearly love their job and show this consistently for the many years this parent has been taking their children. All the nominations demonstrate that this is a great swimming School but this teacher must be an enormous credit to Puddle Ducks, going above and beyond their job description and making a real difference to this parents experience."
We are so pleased for Jade and the special mention that our poolside assistant, Helen, also received. Here is the winning nomination:
"Our two boys have both been swimming with Helen and Jade since they were 5 weeks old. Now 2 ½ years and 7 months, it’s like seeing family each week. Jade has always shown such care and understanding with them especially when they were little and timing of food, naps and swimming was tricky. With no family who can help out, I am eternally grateful to Helen who allows me to get both of them to Jades lesson, frequently having to listen to and cuddle a wailing baby who just wants mummy for one lesson and then playing trains and getting covered in stickers when the other is in the pool later, whilst always keeping a sense of humour. This is not offered anywhere else and has allowed us to continue our swimming journey and for us, this is the Puddle Ducks difference!"
