A well-fitting neoprene swim nappy must be worn with a disposable swim nappy or one of our environmentally friendly NappyWraps & Liners underneath if your child is in Floaties, Splashers or Kickers and in other programmes if they are not yet fully potty/toilet trained. Please leave all prams in the car park to the rear of the building (there is no space inside for prams).  Do not leave any valuables outside, we can take no responsibility for them.

There is VERY limited changing at this pool (there are only 2 cubicles).  Please arrive 'swim ready' - with your swimwear on under your clothes so you're ready to go at the start of the lesson.  

Please bring a bag large enough to store all your belongings in while you swim.

Please consider a towelling changing robe or similar so you can change poolside without having to wait for a cubicle!

There is no baby changing table here - we'd recommend you bring a portable change mat and change baby on the floor.  These neoprene ones are great but any changing mat would be fine.
