Book in through the 'Find a Class' option above. Please note that the Saturday morning session at Everlast Fitness is very full, and if a space ever comes up we give priority to those swimming with us already who are looking to move across. If you want to swim in Newport the only realistic way to get a space is to swim in Cardiff, then go on that Priority Waiting List. Please book in to a Cardiff session, then email the office to be added to the list.
We have lessons at Everlast Fitness, Newport NP20 2NN on a Saturday morning, the Novotel Cardiff, CF10 4RT on a Sunday afternoon, Fitzalan High School, CF11 8XB on a Saturday afternoon and the Mercure Cardiff Holland House Hotel on Newport Road, CF24 0DD on a Monday and Thursday after school.
Suitable for primary-school aged children between 4 and 10 years old, we teach a natural and smooth swimming style, starting with simple skills that we build on along with your child's physical ability and confidence. This is balanced with fun activities to develop skills including life-saving, floating and surface-diving.
Children are grouped by ability, not ages to allow them to progress at their own pace. If you are unsure which level would be most suitable for your child, or you would like further information, please get in touch.
