Location: Concord Sports Centre
Parking: There is a large free car park. Disabled access car parking bays are available at the front of the Centre.
Essential information:
- Please enter the main entrance to the Sports Centre and attend reception on your first visit. Entrance is to the right of the reception desk.
- Please shower before entering the pool
- A well-fitting neoprene swim nappy must be worn with a disposable swim nappy or one of our environmentally friendly NappyWraps & Liners underneath if your child is in Floaties, Splashers or Kickers and in other programmes if they are not potty/toilet trained.

Changing rooms: The changing areas are very spacious. They are unisex, with lots of cubicles, some family sized changing rooms are available with changing tables.
You are welcome to bring your own changing mat as these are not provided.
Exclusivity: Puddle Ducks have exclusive use of the teaching pool for Floaties, Splashers and Kickers. For our Little Dippers class this will be in a lane in the main pool due to the teaching pool being too shallow for this class level. Other areas there will be members of the public there.
Access: Spectators are not permitted poolside, but there is a spectating area with tables and seats upstairs.
Technical information:
- Teaching Pool temperature: 30-31°C
- Main Pool temperature: 29°C (Little Dippers & Dippers class - rash vest style thermal wear is required)
- Poolside assistant: We have a poolside assistant at all Baby and Pre-school classes.
- Depth: 0.6m – 0.9m in the Teaching Pool.
- Depth: 0.9m - 1.5m in the main pool (roped off from 1.4m)
- Maximum class ratios:
- 8 children/adult pairs:1 teacher (Floaties, Splashers, Kickers & Little Dippers)
