Essential Pool Information
What to wear
A well-fitting neoprene swim nappy must be worn with an Eco NappyWrap & Liner or a disposable swim nappy underneath if your child is in Floaties, Splashers or Kickers and in other programmes if they are not potty/toilet trained. You can buy one of our great value Swimming Kits which contain everything you need for your swim lesson.
Any children over 4 years old will need to wear a swim hat (adults do not need a swim hat). We recommend a fabric swim hat for this age.
What to bring
We recommend bringing a baby change mat if your baby is young and flip flops for yourself and Swim Academy children to prevent slipping.
Changing Rooms
There are 2 open plan changing rooms - 1 for females and the other for males. We recommend coming to the pool swim ready, with your swimwear underneath your clothes. For younger babies, please bring a changing mat with you.
