Please note that due to current Covid-19 restrictions, many of our procedures have temporarily changed and some of the information below may not be accurate. When you sign up for classes you will be provided with full information on pool procedures and our office staff will be pleased to assist you with any queries.
Location: Barnt Green
Parking: Parking is at the front and side of the private property. Customers will be allocated a particular area to park, depending on class time. If you are bringing children to two different classes, please park at the front of the house. Please do not park alongside the railway sleepers opposite the front of the house, or in the lane at the front of the house. There is, however, additional space to park on the lane if you turn left out of the driveway (there is a pull in on the left hand side by the care home).
Changing rooms: One changing area for females and males with two individual cubicles, a toilet and a shower room.
Exclusivity: Puddle Ducks have exclusive use during hire times.
Access: Spectators are allowed poolside. There is a step along the path from the car park to the pool hall.
Poolside Assistant: There is a Puddle Ducks poolside assistant present.

- Pool Dimensions: 12m x 6m
- Depth: 1.3m graduating to 1.4m. Any accompanying parent or carer under 5’2” (1.55m approx) should stay at the shallower end by the steps and may prefer to try the depth of this pool for comfort before committing to a course.
- Max Preschool Class Ratios: 8/9 children/adult pairs:1 teacher depending on the class programme
A well-fitting neoprene swim nappy must be worn with a disposable swim nappy or one of our environmentally friendly nappy wraps and liners underneath if your child is in Floaties, Splashers or Kickers and in other programmes if they are not potty/toilet trained.
