Recommend-a-Friend
When your friend joins Puddle Ducks or Swim Academy using your unique Recommend-a-Friend code (found in your online account), you both receive £10 credit on your account! And you can recommend as many friends as you like!
Terms & Conditions
- If you are an existing customer and you introduce a new customer to Puddle Ducks or Swim Academy classes you will both be awarded a £10 credit towards future payment for classes when the new customer joins quoting your unique ‘Recommend-a-Friend’ code.
- The credit cannot be added retrospectively.
- Can be used with Sibling Discount but no other Loyalty Discounts.
- Cannot be used with an Introductory Offer or Promotional Offer.
- No cash value.
- Expires after 6 months.
Sibling Discount
Our Sibling Discount is an ongoing 10% off lesson fees for second and subsequent children, available to new and existing customers. Our way of saying thank you for choosing Puddle Ducks.
Terms & Conditions
- 10% discount for second child and subsequent children when two or more siblings are booked into a Puddle Ducks or Swim Academy class.
- Ask your local office to apply the discount when you book your second or subsequent child in.
- Can be applied across territories for participating Franchises when different pools are used by different siblings.
- Can be used with other Loyalty Discounts.
- Can be used in conjunction with an Introductory Offer or a Promotional Offer (either/or but not both).
Group Discount
Our 10% Group Discount is available to groups of 3 or more who all join Puddle Ducks or Swim Academy together - perfect for friends who've met at a baby and toddler groups.
Terms & Conditions
- 10% discount off the joining payment on groups of 3 or more only.
- Only available for 1st booking.
- Must be booked with your local office.
- Children may be in different classes but all the classes must be with the same Franchise.
- Can be used in conjunction with Sibling Discount.
- Cannot be used with any other Introductory or Promotional offers.
Aquanatal – Floaties Discount
Mums-to-be who took part in our wonderful Aquanatal classes can get a 20% discount off their joining payment when they bring their little bundle of joy back to our Floaties lessons.

- 20% discount for Aquanatal customers when they join Puddle Ducks Floaties lessons.
- Must be booked before baby turns 6 months old.
- Must be booked with your local office.
