Our teachers are especially trained to identify your little one’s own stage of development and confidence. They will then tailor the activities to suit your child, ensuring that they are happy, developing at their own pace and gaining confidence.
2. We never stand still.
We constantly review and develop our programmes to ensure they continue to be the very best possible.
3. We believe in giving your child choice.
If your little one isn’t ready to do an activity, we listen to them and adapt what they are doing to something they are comfortable with. We want to build their confidence, not break it by getting them to do something they’re not ready for.
4. We believe in giving you choice.
If you want to buy something from our online shop or purchase certificates and badges for your child's achievements, the choice is yours. We won’t try to pressurise you into buying our products.
6. Providing true value.
We know you see Puddle Ducks as an investment in your child’s future. Our lessons are worth every penny and we are continually told so by our customers.
5. Three lesson cancellation policy.
We’re very proud of our lessons and are confident that you and your little one will love them. That’s why even if after three lessons you decide not to continue you can have a full refund of all the remaining classes.
7. Courtesy Classes.
We believe you should have the opportunity to attend as many lessons as you have paid for. If you cannot attend one of our lessons (maybe your little one is sick or you are going on holiday), just let us know at least 24 hours before and as a goodwill gesture we will offer you a Courtesy Class available for you to take wherever there is an available space in a suitable class within your franchise (see terms and conditions).
8. We do business in a fair and transparent way.
We believe in treating others as we want to be treated ourselves therefore you can be assured that we treat our staff and suppliers with the respect they deserve, including paying people on time every time. Despite the fact that we are national brand, each one of our teams is its own small business and many of our suppliers are too. We do our best to ensure the running of those small businesses, in particular cash flow, is as smooth as possible.
