Congratulations to Lynn Miller from Puddle Ducks Oxfordshire!
There were so many amazing nominations that our judge had to consider as part of the Spring/Summer National Star Teacher competition, but the following nomination for Lynn Miller stood out:
"Lynn truly deserves to be recognised as a Star Teacher because she is simply outstanding in every way. Her encouragement is constant, genuine and incredibly uplifting, helping every child feel capable and proud of themselves.
She has a wonderful ability to meet each swimmer at their individual level, offering the right support and challenge to help them progress with confidence. The praise she gives is heartfelt and meaningful, making such a positive impact on the children.
Every lesson is fun, engaging and full of energy, with her fantastic interactions and songs bringing so much joy to the experience. She always takes the time to speak with parents, showing real care and interest in every child and family. x warm, welcoming nature is unforgettable.
Thanks to her and Noah, our son absolutely loves swimming, has grown in confidence, and is achieving incredible milestones we never imagined possible. Honestly Lynn is the best and deserves to be noticed, as such an incredible teacher."
The nomination was chosen by Kelly Conniff, owner of Cocktails N Canvas. Kelly had this to say about the nomination:
