Congratulations to elite swimmer Maisy!
Here at Puddle Ducks we enjoy following the swimming journey of all our customers. A huge well done is in order to one of our newly graduated elite swimmers Maisy. Maisy has been swimming with us for over 7 years, beginning her swimming journey as a little Kicker back in 2015.
Maisy then moved from our baby & pre-school classes up into our Swim Academy lessons, where her favourite class activities involved diving underwater to retrieve the sinking rings.
Senior teacher Wendy describes Maisy as one of the most determined and resilient little girls she has ever met! She talks about how nervous she was when she first started in Swim Academy lessons. She describes that on a few occasions she had to get back into the water with her and that her swimming journey hasn't been plain sailing and did involve being moved back down a level, but Maisy never gave up! Wendy now describes Maisy as her front crawl star swimmer, saying she has the most beautiful technique ever!
The whole of the Puddle Ducks team are excited to hear Maisy's swimming journey doesn't plan to end there and she is on the waiting list to join Strode Swimming Club.
