Meet Rachel. 💙 This term's winner! Our North Somerset Poolside Assistant and Marketing Assistant - who hand writes every single distance award certificate and who is out in the community spreading the Puddle Ducks word!

Three times a year our team of 48 get the chance to nominate a colleague for our Team Appreciation Award - recognising those who go above and beyond for their colleagues, their customers and our business.

We received 170 nominations from families across Bristol, Bath, Somerset, Wiltshire, and South Gloucestershire - each one a personal story of why their child's teacher makes a difference. On Sunday we surprised Emma mid-lesson - and the reaction was everything.
