What Does the Price of a Lesson Include?

Our Pricing Explained

Our lessons are £20 each — this includes one adult in the pool with each baby or child in our Baby and Pre-school classes.

For our Swim Academy lessons (ages 4–10), children swim with our experienced teachers. In Levels 3 and above, lessons are led from the poolside to help your child gain greater independence in the water.

Spectators are welcome at most of our venues, though we recommend checking the specific spectator policy for your chosen pool.

Payments and Booking Information

How our Monthly Payment System works
We operate a monthly payment system, where customers pay in advance to secure their space in their chosen class.

When you join Puddle Ducks, your first payment will include:
- The number of lessons remaining in the current month, plus two additional lessons. This ensures you’re covered during months that may have more than four lessons. Your payments then continue automatically each month, helping you keep your space and spread the cost evenly.
Discounts & Offers
Your monthly payment amount will automatically reflect any credits or discounts on your account - such as:
- Sibling discounts
- Recommend-a-friend credits
- Special promotional offers
All your payment information is available anytime in your ‘My Puddle Ducks Account’ under the Payments section.

Booking Online or by Phone

When you book online, you’ll automatically be enrolled in monthly repeat payments from your initial payment. If you prefer to book by phone, you’ll just need to activate your card details to set up monthly payments afterwards.
Do I Have to Use Monthly Payments?

Yes - all Puddle Ducks customers are enrolled in our Monthly Payments system. We don’t offer alternative payment methods at this time.
